Penalty policy of Meal Reservation

① Cancellation or Changes for 7 days before the reservation date: No penalty
② Cancellation from 6 to 4 days before the reservation date: 30% of the total amount will be charged
③ Cancellation from 3 days before to the reservation date: 100% of the total amount will be charged


※ "The days" that defined in the above policy is based on the business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
