*In 2026, the rate will be increased and the weekend rate will be applied on Fridays and Saturdays. 

• If facilities or items are damaged, user must restore to their original state or compensate for the cost based on the current market price.
• Seoul Youth Hostel is a Youth Facility. We request users to be checked out if he/she engages in unethical activities that are considered harmful environmental factors for teenagers such as loud singing, drinking, smoking.
• Animals, Birds, Pets are prohibited.
• Guns, Swords, Gunpowder and Gasoline are prohibited.
• Advertisement distribution to users in Seoul Youth Hostel is prohibited.
• Please make sure to leave your valuables at the front desk. We are not responsible for the loss of items that are not checked.
• Storage of deposited laundry or lost items shall be kept for three months after deportation unless otherwise requested, after which it shall be handled in accordance with the rules of the youth hostel.

[Individual Reservation Cancellation Fee Regulations]

① Cancellation or Changes for 7 days before the use date: No penalty
② Cancellation from 6 to 3 days before: 30% of total amount will be charged
③ Cancellation from 2 to 1 day before : 50% of total amount will be charged
④ Cancellation on the day of reservation: 100% of total amount will be charged

[Group Reservation / Seminar Room Cancellation Fee Regulations]

① Cancellation or Changes for 30 days before the use date: No penalty
② Cancellation from 29 to 16 days before: 10% of total amount will be charged
③ Cancellation from 15 to 8 day before  : 20% of total amount will be charged

④  Cancellation from 7 to 2 day before : 30% of total amount will be charged
⑤ Cancellation  from 3 to on the day of reservation: 100% of total amount will be charged.
