Korea Scout Asscociation is the operating corporation of Seoul Youth Hostel

A challenge for the next 100 years!

Korea Scout Association(KSA), which started in 1922, is the largest youth social-education organization in Korea with 300,000 people active in 21 local and special federations and 6,000 units. It helps young people develop their potential through group life in outdoor and they are doing our best to foster healthy youth who will contribute to national and world peace. 

KSA runs domestic programs that both disabled and non-disabled youth train their minds and bodies through scouting activities, or discovers talented prospects and supports them to grow into proud heroes of our country. In addition, it has established itself as the center of the world Scout movement in name and reality through various programs including international exchange service project for youth of Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.

KSA takes the lead in creating a healthy youth cultural environment for young people who are the hope and future of our society. And it fosters high-quality leaders and operate customized programs based on scouting methods to help youth grow truly.
